Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is on the to-go list of most foreign visitors, not only because is it a sacred place to pray peace, but also a peaceful spot to view cherry blossoms. The park was built just next to the Atomic Bomb Dome, the hypocenter of the atomic blast in 1945. You can take sightseeing boats or river taxis on the Motoyasu River to enjoy sakura.
