The hilltop Asukayama Park is one the oldest spots in Tokyo to enjoy cherry blossoms. Due to its location, the park is much less crowded. Asukayama Park is special also because it is one of a few parks in Japan to allow to drink alcohol. Monorail is available to get to the top.
