<p>Tottori Castle Ruins is centred in Kyusho Park built on Mt. Kyusho. Every spring hundreds of cherry blossom trees coming into full bloom around the castle makes the place one of Japan’s top 100 cherry blossom viewing spots. Jinpukaku mansion, a French renaissance-style building of Meiji era in the park, is designated as an important cultural property. The prefectural museum is also located here and worth visiting.</p>

Access:

By bus - around 6 minutes/160 yen by Nihon Kotsu bus from JR Tottori Station, and then walk for 5 minutes from Kencho-Nisseki-mae bus stop. 9 minutes/100 yen by Kururi bus Green Line from JR Tottori Station, and then walk for 5 minutes from Jinpukaku/Kenritsu Hakubutsukan bus stop.
